Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and snacks while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and seating area.
  • Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients; report shortages promptly.
  • Handle cash, billing, and POS system transactions accurately.
  • Suggest menu items and upsell beverages/snacks to enhance customer experience.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B service preferred (freshers with training can apply).
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and café menu items.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
