The Coffee Maker (Barista) is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
  • Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and café area.
  • Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (FSSAI standards if in India).
  • Provide product knowledge and suggest drinks to customers.
  • Ensure speed and consistency in service during peak hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Previous barista experience preferred.
