Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista with experience using Astoria coffee machines to craft high-quality beverages that delight our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare a range of coffee beverages to perfection using the Astoria coffee machine.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to take orders, make recommendations, and provide an excellent experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all beverages meet Olegio's high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Barista, with proficiency in using Astoria coffee machines.
  • Passion for coffee and an understanding of brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
