Job Summary:

We are transforming digital orthodontics with ClearForms, BioSmart Shape Memory Aligners, AI-driven diagnostics, 3D planning, and streamlined workflows. Join our dynamic startup as a Client Outreach Specialist (Dentist – Freshers Welcome) to connect with dental professionals, nurture leads, manage sales funnels, and fuel revenue growth through targeted outreach and CRM strategies.

Must-have skills and tools:

  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cold-calling abilities.
  • Professional email writing and etiquette.
  • Foundational knowledge of orthodontics, clear aligners, and dental workflows.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong lead and timeline management.
  • CRM experience (Zoho training provided).
  • Ease with outreach calls, needs assessments, and follow-ups.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with digital orthodontic tools and workflows.
  • Background in sales, lead qualification, or revenue generation.
  • Skills in feedback collection and market analysis.

Qualifications:

BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) – Freshers highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outreach calls to dentists and orthodontists, highlight digital solutions, conduct needs assessments, and book demos/training sessions.
  • Qualify leads, convert them to onboarding clinics/active cases/recurring users, and partner with Business Development to meet revenue goals.
  • Update CRM (Zoho) with activities, lead status, funnel progress, and conversion data.
  • Create/send professional emails and proposals, handle inquiries, and optimize templates for higher response rates.
  • Boost revenue via clinic onboarding, first-case activations, recurring orders, and campaign execution.
  • Team up with marketing on campaigns/webinars, collect practitioner feedback, and share market insights to enhance products.
