Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

The successful candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, must have a high degree of "attention to detail" and be able to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

  • Implement complex business logic using Apex triggers, classes, controllers, and asynchronous processing (batch apex, future methods, queueable apex).

  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI components and user interfaces, leveraging JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration techniques.

  • Customize the Salesforce data model, including creating custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types to support business processes.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes.

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.

  • Optimize Salesforce performance by analyzing and optimizing SOQL queries, Apex code, and data model design.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to manage security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.

  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve development processes and solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs

  • Experience with traditional front-end, back-end, and database technologies preferred (but not required)

  • Experience with Git, Gearset, and other CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • administration and developer certifications preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
