Responsibilities
  1. Salesforce Development:
  • Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and modify Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation tools.
  • ."Looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of experience in designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Must have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party tools.
  • Use APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Salesforce Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Salesforce development or administration.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Other Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Ability to develop and manage complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Agile development practices.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively
