Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist in our small company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions.

This includes overseeing recruitment, coordinating with accounting for payroll, mitigating HR issues, and more. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and coordinating final interviews. Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires successfully into the company. Payroll Coordination: Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Maintain and update employee payroll records as needed. Compliance & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.

Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters. Identify training needs Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a small to mid-sized company. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes: Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to HR management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
