Human Resources Manager

TankhaPay is an HR Tech Platform for organizations of all sizes. We offer end-to-end workforce management solutions, including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll processing, performance evaluation, and statutory compliance.

We combine powerful software with add-on services like Employer of Record (EOR) and fully managed Payroll & Compliance outsourcing to streamline HR operations efficiently.

This role involves leading recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes in a day-to-day capacity.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full cycle of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
  • Support organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR technology platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
