Marketing & Admissions Support

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and admission plans to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Coordinate and support school admission counsellors to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Plan and implement both offline and digital marketing campaigns to promote the school.
  • Organize school promotional events, open houses, and parent engagement programs.
  • Monitor admission data, lead tracking, and market trends for strategic decision-making.

Infrastructure & Maintenance

  • Oversee campus maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs to ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility upkeep.
  • Manage budgets for maintenance and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Supervise security, transport, and cafeteria operations.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the administrative and operations teams for performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with academic heads, HR, and finance teams for seamless school functioning.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to assess departmental goals and performance.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
