Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Category Manager located in Noida. The Senior Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing category management, conducting procurement processes, leading contract negotiations, and analyzing market trends. The role will involve developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, fostering supplier relationships, and driving sales performance. Daily tasks will include market analysis, supplier selection, contract management, and ensuring the alignment of category strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Category Management and Procurement skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in market analysis
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive Sales and develop strategic sourcing plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
