Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Admissions Overseas Study. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of overseas education, maintaining relationships with current and potential partners, and increasing student enrollments. Tasks include developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, providing counseling to prospective students, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful admissions and student satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to connect with Education Agents to facilitates student recruitment
  • Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email, events, and advertising
  • Conduct student counselling sessions to advise on academic programs, admissions, and career pathways
  • Organise and promote recruitment events such as open days and career fairs
  • Collaborate with the sales/admissions team to align marketing with enrolment goals and track campaign performance

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, strategic planning, and market research skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in the education sector, preferably in overseas admissions
  • Ability to counsel and guide students on education opportunities abroad
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of various global education systems and admission processes is a plus
