Automotive Sales Representative

Job Description
The Job is primarily to manage B2C Secondary sales of distributors with the support of DSRs (distributor sales representatives) by managing the sales & marketing activities in the area. Creating demand for the brand and its products. Ensuring volume and the right product mix target achievement for the brand. Work closely with the distributors team to ensure implementation of the companys Policy, strategy, schemes, and activities in designated areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Distributor appointment: Search for distributors and help the State Sales In-Charge (reporting officer) to complete the appointment process wherever applicable.
- Distribution management: Helping the distributor and team to carry out distribution effectively and efficiently. To get connected with the customers of distributors and assess the opportunities in the market
- Market Intelligence: to collect and analyse competitors' pricing, activities, strategies, and inform management the same time to time.
- Stock management: distributors paid stock, their order frequency, supply against order, demand forecasting
- Debtors' management: Secondary debtors' analysis management, and tracking distributors payment to company
- Promotion management: BTL understanding, Ground activation and Ground Visibility plan and execution,
- Man management: distributors' team management
Qualification & Cretiria:
- Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical / Automobile), BSc
- Proven experience in Lubricants Marketing for 2-3 years in the same or nearby geography
- Basic Product application knowledge in automobile aftermarket
- Competitors and their business strategy in the aftermarket
- Proficiency in Hindi and local language communication
Work Experience : minimum 2 years of Experience in B2C distribution in lubricants
