Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, expenses, etc.).
  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and records.
  • Provide support in budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost control.
