The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day accounting operations to ensure smooth financial functioning of the organization. This includes accurate bookkeeping, maintenance of ledgers, and timely recording of all financial transactions. The role involves preparing and processing invoices, handling vendor and customer accounts, and ensuring that payments and receipts are recorded correctly.

The Accounts Executive will also be responsible for performing bank and account reconciliations, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring proper cash flow management. A key part of the role is to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, and other applicable laws, by preparing necessary returns and coordinating with auditors and consultants.

In addition, the Accounts Executive will assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and MIS statements to support management in decision-making. The role requires a high level of accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail, along with adherence to accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies.
