Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Executive to manage and streamline daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining vendor relations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory tracking, stock updates, and regular audits.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment across all sales channels.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
  • Manage order dispatches, logistics coordination, and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with logistics partners, courier services, and transporters for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with invoicing, e-way bills, and shipping documentation. Warehouse Operations & Organization:
  • Implement efficient storage systems and optimize warehouse layouts.
  • Oversee packaging quality and damage control measures.
  • Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and best practices.
  • Handle returns, replacements, and restocking with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain vendor contracts and coordinate procurement updates with relevant teams.
  • Utilize WMS, ERP systems, and MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Track and analyze warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management software, and ERP systems.
  • Strong Communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
