Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Support HR and finance tasks such as attendance, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, tally, photoshop)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Conditions
