Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Other duties include presenting and demonstrating our property management solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing regular feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Market research and business development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Relevant experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
