Role Objective:

Expand offline retail presence, develop distributor networks, and close large bulk orders to drive high-volume sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retail chains (D-Mart, Reliance, Metro, etc.).
  • Build a corporate gifting and institutional sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Work with marketing to plan seasonal campaigns for offline push.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG/consumer product offline sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-volume deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.

KPIs:

  • Number of new accounts/distributors opened per quarter.
  • Monthly offline sales volume.
  • Client retention rate.
