About the Company:

Trivedi Ventures LLP is a fast-growing multi-vertical business with core operations in logistics across Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. With a new office setup in Lucknow, we are in the process of scaling our operations and bringing structured systems and processes into the organisation. We are looking for an experienced Accountant who understands the nuances of accounting in the logistics sector and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations in Tally or other ERP systems
  • Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and e-way bill documentation
  • Process and verify freight bills, lorry receipts, and transport-related invoices
  • Track and reconcile transporter payments, diesel, tolls, and vehicle maintenance expenses
  • Ensure timely TDS/TCS deductions, payments, and filings
  • Conduct monthly vendor and transporter reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, P&L, and support during audits
  • Monitor cost control by route/vehicle and assist in analysing operational profitability
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in setting up internal financial controls

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or infrastructure
  • Strong command over GST, TDS, and logistics billing processes
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and document handling
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of multitasking
  • Good communication skills for coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams
