Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online platforms

  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options

  • Maintain relationships with clients before, during, and after the sales process

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all legal and documentation processes are complete

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and local area developments

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

-Proven experience in real estate sales or related field

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of the local property market

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field work is involved)
