Job Opening: TPA & Billing Coordinator

Location: Vansh Hospital, Asha Nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101

Vansh Hospital is seeking a TPA & Billing Coordinator for immediate joining. The role involves end-to-end handling of TPA processes, billing coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, hospital teams, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all TPA-related processes from billing to coordination with insurance providers.
  • Guide patients' families through counseling and pre-authorization processes.
  • Maintain, upload, and dispatch patient files and medical documentation.
  • Coordinate patient flow from admission to discharge.
  • Handle billing department activities including implants billing, reconciliations, split bills, and doctor charges.
  • Operate TPA portals and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Liaise daily with insurance companies to ensure timely claim clearance.
  • Prepare monthly review reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare insurance norms and guidelines.
  • Negotiate best rates for empanelment with existing and new companies.
  • Maintain record keeping and updation of existing and new licenses/certificates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration preferred (open to other disciplines).
  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare billing/TPA coordination (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and professional business email communication.
  • Quick with numbers, documentation, and correspondences.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
  • Week Off: Sunday
  • Salary: ₹25,000 onwards (based on experience)
  • Start: Immediate
