Role Overview

We're looking for a self-driven E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager
to independently handle our online sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Shopify). You'll manage product listings, pricing, inventory, campaigns, and customer experience — ensuring smooth operations and steady growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize product listings & categories
  • Conduct competitor research & dynamic pricing
  • Oversee orders, inventory & returns
  • Run promotions, ads & seasonal campaigns
  • Handle customer queries & logistics coordination

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of end-to-end e-commerce management experience
  • Strong skills in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify & Excel/Sheets
  • Analytical, data-driven, and independent working style
  • Bonus: SEO, digital ads, Google Analytics
  • Passion for sustainability
