Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Operations Manager based in Bengaluru. The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization and performance of vehicles. Responsibilities include managing and supervising fleet managers and drivers, scheduling and dispatching vehicles, ensuring compliance with maintenance and safety standards, and managing logistics to ensure timely deliveries. The role will also involve analyzing fleet performance data, implementing operational improvements, and collaborating with other departments to meet client service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
  • Strong background in Operations Management and Supervisory Skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring performance data and decision-making
  • Effective problem-solving and team leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of logistics industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience with GPS-enabled transportation and tech-enabled logistics systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in transportation and supply chain industries is an advantage
