Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Fresher Blockchain Developer to join our growing team.

This is a unique entry-level opportunity to join a company with deep, hands-on expertise in building complex DApps, NFTs, smart contracts, decentralized exchanges (DEX), and advanced DeFi protocols. You will be trained and mentored by our senior Web3 team, learning to work with technologies like Solidity, Rust, Go, Foundry, and Hardhat.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who has a strong passion for decentralized technology and is eager to build a career in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior blockchain developers in designing, developing, and testing smart contracts.

Learn and apply best practices for smart contract security and optimization.

Support the integration of front-end applications with blockchain networks using libraries like , Viem, or

Participate in code reviews to rapidly grow your skills.

Help research new blockchain technologies, protocols, L2 solutions, and tools.

Contribute to the technical documentation of projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Fresher

Education: Any Graduate

Core Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of blockchain principles (decentralization, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, public/private keys).

Programming: Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or C++).

Equipment: Must have your own laptop for work.

Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Personal Traits: A demonstrable passion for Web3, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized technologies, with a strong willingness to learn.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Personal projects or coursework related to blockchain or smart contracts.

Basic familiarity with Solidity, Ethereum, or using a wallet like MetaMask.

Exposure to Git or other version control systems.

What We Offer

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office (This is not a remote position).

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
