Designation/Role: Java Fullstack Developer (React)

Experience- 5+ years

Location - (India - Pune - Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fintech applications using Java (Spring Boot) and

    • Design and implement secure RESTful APIs for financial transactions and data services

    • Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate financial workflows into technical solutions

    • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)

    • Optimize performance for high-volume, low-latency systems

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices

Required Skills & Experience:


• 8-10 years of experience in full stack development

• Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

• Front-end proficiency with , JavaScript, HTML/CSS

• Experience with financial APIs, OAuth2, and JWT authentication

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

• Understanding of data privacy, encryption, and secure coding practices

Nice to Have:


• Experience with payment gateways, blockchain, or digital wallets

• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or real-time data processing

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks

Qualifications

  • A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
