As an Analyst Events, your role will involve executing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the department's and organization's objectives. You will be responsible for managing and executing event-related activities, maintaining employee relations, conducting research and analysis, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of corporate events. Your key responsibilities will include: - Budgeting and creating detailed event proposals - Developing timelines and communication plans - Securing venues and suppliers - Ensuring compliance with legal obligations - Managing staffing requirements - Overseeing event budgets - Designing and planning events for employees - Coordinating with suppliers for logistics such as venues and catering - Serving as a strategic communication partner for management and functional teams Additionally, you will: - Liaise with internal committees to organize events - Manage issues and requests from various groups involved - Execute firmwide communication events - Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders To excel in this role, you must have: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good time management and multitasking abilities - Willingness to exceed expectations - Strong presentation skills - Keen attention to detail - Sense of commitment and ownership - Comfort with social media - Good analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook This position requires 0-1 years of experience and is open to any graduate.
