Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students to understand their visa requirements and provide information on the application process.
  • Provide updates on the progress of their applications, address their queries, and offer guidance and support throughout the visa processing period through calls/chat/e-mails.
  • Guide clients through the visa application process for the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and Australia
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing application documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and meet the specific visa requirements.
  • Conduct a thorough review and verification of client documents, including passports, identification, financial statements, employment records, and other supporting materials.
  • Ensure all documents comply with the respective country's visa regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit visa applications electronically or through the appropriate channels as per the requirements of each country.
  • Monitor application status, liaise with embassy/consulate officials, and resolve any issues or queries that may arise during the process.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and visa regulations of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the guidelines and requirements set by the immigration authorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, visa application documents, communication logs, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist clients in resolving any issues, delays, or complications that may arise during the visa application process. Liaise with relevant authorities, embassies, or consulates to resolve visa-related matters effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach in providing visa processing services to clients.
  • Stay updated with visa policies, procedures, and relevant industry knowledge.
  • Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of the visa and immigration field.
  • Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and communicates updates to the team.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Location: Surat

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any specialization is must
  • Must have 1 to 2 years experience required in Study Visa process
  • Surat candidate is prefer

CTC: 30 to 35K
