Roles & Responsibilities

  • Call/Follow up with Prospects shared/Given/Walk Ins for Inquiries for Student visa & Dependent for All Countries
  • Collect required documents from Client & hand it over to Counselors & Process Team.
  • Coordinate with applicants to collect missing or additional documentation if required
  • Do verification process for submitted documents as per the requirement of respective country requirements
  • Achieve the targets for Student & Dependent Visa as Given by management & support the Counsellor for Generating/Follow up with Inquiries
  • Make reminder or follow-up calls to students regarding appointments, documentation, or payments.
  • Target based work & Need to make 130 to 140 Calls Daily

Location: Surat (On Site) : Only Surat based candidate can apply for this role

Qualification: Graduation (Any Specialization) is must

Experience: 1 to 2 Years of experince is required (Exp. in Visa & Immigration or Education sector is plus)
