Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative tasks at our Vadodara showroom. This role supports a positive work culture, ensures compliance, and provides space for innovation and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and concerns
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Organize training sessions, SOP creation, and skill development activities
  • Assist with performance management and appraisals
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
  • Plan employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Maintain HR databases and support payroll coordination

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR/Admin (retail or customer-facing roles preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Understanding of HR practices and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
