We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in English language and literature, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You will play a critical role in developing high-quality educational materials, guiding curriculum design, and providing insights that shape our English programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development:

  2. Create, review, and edit instructional materials, assessments, and resources related to English language and literature.

  3. Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to ensure materials are accurate, effective, and aligned with educational standards.

  4. Consultation and Guidance:

  5. Provide expert insight and support to educators, trainers, and content creators on best practices in English teaching and learning.

  6. Act as a resource for stakeholders regarding curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.

  7. Training and Workshops:

  8. Design and conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and instructional staff to enhance their subject knowledge and instructional skills in English.

  9. Collaborate in the development of professional development programs focused on English language instruction.

  10. Research and Trends:

  11. Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in English education and literacy.

  12. Conduct research to inform the development of new programs, initiatives, and strategies in English teaching.

  13. Quality Assurance:

  14. Ensure that all educational materials adhere to established quality standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.

  15. Review and provide feedback on the effectiveness of implemented programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
