Job Title:
Sales Associate – Internship / Pre-Placement Opportunity (0–1 Year)

Location:
Sector 48, JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon (On-site)

Compensation:
₹15,000 per month (fixed) + Incentives for the first 3 months, followed by Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Conduct webinar sessions to effectively communicate Unified Mentor's offerings to prospects
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective sales strategies
  • Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Perform additional sales-related duties as required to support business growth

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage evolving priorities in a startup setting
  • Comfortable handling pressure and dynamic targets

What We Offer:
