Job Title: Safety Supervisor

Location: Randesan Metro Station, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Company: Pramukh Omkar Group

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Role:

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols at the project site, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.

Identify potential hazards and take preventive measures to minimize risks.

Organize safety training sessions and toolbox talks for workers.

Investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed reports.

Ensure all workers use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management to maintain safety standards.

Display and update safety signage and emergency procedures at the site.

Maintain documentation of safety checks, reports, and compliance records.

Assist in developing and enforcing company safety policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in safety supervision (construction/infra projects preferred).

Knowledge of occupational health & safety standards and local compliance rules.

Certification/Diploma in Industrial Safety or related field (preferred).

Strong communication and observation skills.

Ability to handle emergencies and ensure prompt action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
