- **Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.**:

- **Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.**:

- **Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.**:

- **Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.**:

- **Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.**:

- **Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.**:

- **Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.**:

- **Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.**:

- **Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.**:

- **Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.**:

- **Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.**:

- **Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.**:

- **Other duties as per the firm requirement.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
