Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Executive located on-site in Noida.
He/she will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, such as prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. They will also engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions to drive business growth.
- Researching and calling to potential attendees and generating sales leads for trainings, masterclass & events
- To meet or succeed delegate sales and revenue targets of projects within timelines and selling to all possible profiles; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects
- To make at least 50-60 calls per day on average over a week (This role requires significant amount of calling)
- Continually monitor and research the market to increase market knowledge. Identify and benchmark against competitive events
- Working with internal design and web team regarding mailers deployment, social media posts etc.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training related to sales processes
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in the media industry is a plus
