Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Team Leader
to manage our tele-sales team in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in insurance sales, team management, and coaching, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of
    10+ tele-sales advisors
    to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
  • Monitor daily team performance, generate reports, and take corrective actions when required.
  • Drive sales of insurance products through effective tele-sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    in managing a tele-sales team.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    in selling insurance products.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in selling investment products like
    ULIPs, Saving Plans, Mutual Funds
    .
  • Excellent
    people management, coaching, and leadership skills
    .
  • Strong
    communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Proven track record of managing a team of
    10 advisors or more
    .
