Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Location: Pune, Shivaji Nagar (Full-Time, Onsite)

Salary: NPR ,000 Monthly per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
  • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
  • Develop content of marketing campaigns
  • Achieve sales by new customer acquisition and ensure growth/revenue from existing customers.
  • Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of the brand services.
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
  • Manage and allocate budget correctly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skill

Qualifications and skills:


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, preferably within the overseas education industry.


• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi; proficiency in other languages is a plus.


• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to inform business strategies.


• Networking: Established network within the education sector, including relationships with universities, colleges, and educational agents.
