ROLE: AM/ Manager – TESTING AND COMMISSIONING SALARY: UPTO 18 LPA LOCATION: HO- Mumbai/ Hyderabad QUALIFICATION: BE/ BTech in Mechanical / Electrical engineering  EXPERIENCE: years of experience in MEP Projects on T&C activities REPORTS TO: PMO- Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinates between PMO office T&C initiatives/ activities and Project Sites T&C teams 2. Create and/or maintain best practices to identify and incorporate quality and costeffective solutions. 3. Development of Commissioning Procedures and Standards. 4. Construction site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning process. 5. Drive the project Commissioning process including scope and schedule. 6. Regularly reviews Construction Progress, QA/QC, Commissioning progress, issues, and  KPI metrics to report to management. 7. Coordinate meetings and activities of vendor project managers including integration of  lessons learned. 8. Manage client representatives and partners to define and align scope, schedule, and  budget. 9. Attend scheduled owner/architect/contractor and other project meetings, and report as  necessary. 10.Report Project Progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly or as required. 11.Responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on scope, schedule of the  Commissioning Process. 12.Reporting of the Commissioning process to management on a regular basis. 13.Refines practices/policies and develops methods/techniques for driving solutions  including development of commissioning procedures. 14.Provides input to long-term delivery strategy and incorporates requirements into the  project execution plans. 15.At least 3 years' experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, construction  and/or commissioning. 16.At least 3 years of construction experience with new build projects. 17.At least 3 years of experience with electrical and mechanical Test Equipments. 18.Develop and implement turnover, pre-commissioning, and equipment preservation  processes. 19.Assist Construction Management with planning and scheduling activities. 20.Establish system boundaries, scope of work, and pre-commissioning execution plans 21.Establish project specific written pre-commissioning procedures 22.Review engineering drawings and specifications to implement pre-commissioning  procedures, tools, techniques, and programs 23.Review engineering drawings and develop temporary execution plans in order to  advance the project schedule 24.Support process system walkdowns and turnover 25.Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management  staff 26.Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards 27.Adhere to and support Health, Safety & Environmental policies 28.Provide leadership in evaluating, planning, organizing, and executing project  requirements
29.Develop and implement detailed and integrated pre-commissioning processes and plans 30.Ensure compliance with all environmental permits limits and support regulatory  reporting requirements 31.Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic  options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action 32.Preparation of new project specific SAT – Site Acceptance Test Plan, Testing &  Commissioning WMS – Work Method statements and enabling submission through  Project Site T&C team 33.Weekly/Bi-weekly Review with all project site T&C team on activity status and any other  critical issues at site, which can be addressed or escalated
