Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day billing operations for jewellery sales and purchases.
  • Generate invoices, receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Manage GST entries, tax invoices, and statutory compliance related to billing.
  • Assist in maintaining accounts, ledgers, and daily cash/credit transactions.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
  • Coordinate with sales and stock team for product entries and billing accuracy.
  • Handle customer queries related to billing and accounts.
  • Support in month-end closing and financial reconciliations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounts (B.Com preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts (jewellery industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in billing/accounting software (Tally, Jewellery billing software, MS Excel).
  • Good knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with integrity and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
