Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the schedules of the MD, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties are carried out seamlessly.
  • Assist in the execution and follow-up of key projects and initiatives led by the MD.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
  • Candidates should manage the MDs calendars and coordinate with multiple departments to meet deadlines as per defined TAT.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Should be well versed with MIS, Microsoft Tools- PowerPoint, MS Excel and Drafting Email and handling internal communication.
  • Creating spreadsheets and charts, maintaining databases and writing departmental status reports.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Seek updates on departmental targets and escalate hindrances to the boss.
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues or vendors.
  • In this capacity, handling correspondence directed to bosses and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.
  • Organize and manage travel logistics for the MD, including flights, accommodations, transportation, etc.,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with executive leadership.
  • Should be a Graduate ( Regular/Full Time)
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytics and MIS.
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of organizational skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a very fast paced and changing environment.
