Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and engaging potential clients. This role offers a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and engage with potential clients effectively.
Promote and sell education loan products, understanding client requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to sell and persuade customers.
Basic understanding of education loan products is preferred but not mandatory.
Expected to know MS Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary + Performance-based incentives (no limit)
