Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and a solid understanding of user experience principles. You'll be working closely with our UK product and development teams to design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mock-ups.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive UI designs.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements across all products.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design work.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
  • Understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual balance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and improve continuously.
