**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- **UI Design**: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to established design guidelines and brand standards.
- **UX Optimization**: Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve the user experience, identifying pain points and proposing design solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and effectively implemented. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and finished projects. Include examples of both UI and UX design.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- **Skills**: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and responsive design.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HTML5: 2 years (preferred)
