**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**:
- Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and implement design concepts.
- **Front-End Development**:
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional and responsive front-end code.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- **User Research and Testing**:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and optimize the user journey.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, front-end technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with front-end development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with motion design and prototyping tools like Principle or After Effects.
- Basic understanding of back-end technologies and REST APIs.
