**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mock-ups.
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive UI designs.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all products.
- Stay updated with current design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of professional experience** as a **UI/UX Designer**.
- Strong **portfolio** showcasing web and/or mobile app design work.
- Proficiency in tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop**.
- Understanding of **responsive design** and **component-based design systems**.
- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS basics** is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual balance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and improve continuously.
