Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and smooth functioning.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
  • Product Listings & Inventory: Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions. Manage online inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overselling.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and promotions to drive traffic to the website.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by improving site navigation, customer service, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee the order processing and fulfillment, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, customer behavior, and traffic patterns. Use data insights to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
  • Platform Development: Collaborate with web developers and IT teams to implement site updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of online retail.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
