Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator cum Welder to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, and fitting works in an industrial or shipyard environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Fabricate metal structures, frames, and components as per specifications.
  • Perform welding operations (MIG/TIG/Arc) on various metals.
  • Conduct cutting, grinding, and finishing of metal parts.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment of fabricated structures.
  • Maintain welding and fabrication tools, machines, and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the production and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Welding or Fabrication.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in fabrication and welding (preferably in shipyard or heavy industry).
  • Proficient in reading fabrication drawings and welding procedures.
  • Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials.
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
