Job Title: QC Hull – Marine Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QC Hull Inspector with strong expertise in marine structures, hull fabrication, and shipyard quality control processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inspection, welding quality checks, and ensuring compliance with marine classification standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hull inspections as per project and classification requirements.
• Inspect welding, fabrication, fitting, and structural works on vessels.
• Ensure compliance with IMO, IACS, Class (IRS, DNV, ABS, LR) standards.
• Conduct NDT tests (VT, MT, PT; UT optional depending on requirement).
• Prepare daily QC reports, NCRs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments.
• Monitor hull integrity, corrosion, alignment, and material quality.
• Verify drawings, WPS, PQR, and welder qualification documents.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance at the worksite.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years experience in Hull QC / Shipbuilding / Ship Repair.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture preferred.
• Familiarity with shipyard processes and marine fabrication.
• Certification in NDT Level II is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
