  The Role   We are looking for passionate and driven Interns to join our WINternship program     Job Title: Internship Program.  Location: Mahalakshmi, Mumbai Experience: Students/Recent graduates   Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make cross-border payments and investment hassle-free and affordable for Indians. This is an exciting opportunity for the students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry by working on real projects that directly impact our business and clients. They also get to work closely with the CEO and are ready to take on significant responsibilities from day one.   What is the WINternship Program? The WINternship program at Winvesta is designed to provide interns with hands-on experience in the fintech industry. You will work on real projects that directly impact our business and clients, gaining valuable insights and skills that are essential in today's competitive job market. This program is not just about learning; it's about making a tangible impact.   Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage specific projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our business goals.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Content Creation: Develop and contribute to content for our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships, addressing queries, and providing exceptional service.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including:
  • Marketing: Support marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Product Development: Contribute to product design and improvements.
  • Operations: Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Legal: Help with compliance, contract review, and other legal matters.
  • Finance and Accounts: Support financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting tasks.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Propose innovative solutions to business challenges and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
  • Passion for Fintech: Strong interest in the fintech industry and eagerness to learn about cross-border payments and investments.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex information to drive business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
