Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Bengaluru. The position involves developing and sustaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and ensuring adherence to industry compliance regulations. The role requires regular interactions with clients and travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills with experience building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present product information and handle client queries
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and a basic understanding of medical terminology
- Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Analytical skills for identifying market trends and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer literacy
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
