Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Full Stack Developer (Lead / Solution Architect)
to lead our engineering team and drive end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

This role requires ownership of project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions that contribute to the organization's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5+ developers, driving best practices and team productivity.
  • Take complete ownership of project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Architect, design, and develop

  • Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Implement
    DevOps best practices
    for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster growth, improve code quality, and ensure technical excellence.

Required Skills

  • Leadership & Management:
    Minimum 2+ years managing a team of 5+ developers, with experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Backend Development:
    Strong hands-on expertise in

  • Database Expertise:
    Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL); hands-on exposure to NoSQL is an advantage.
